Whether it’s a teacher, senior leader, or support staff professional — if you know someone who would thrive in a new opportunity, simply introduce them to us. Once they’re placed in a role, you’ll receive a thank-you reward as a token of our appreciation.
Share your friend’s name, role, location and contact details using the form (please confirm they’re happy to be contacted first).
Our team contacts the introduced candidate to discuss opportunities that match their skills and preferences.
If they’re a good fit, we arrange prospective interviews and support them through the full recruitment process.
When your introduced candidate accepts a role through MAT Recruitment, we’ll let you know right away.
Once they start and complete the qualifying period, we’ll send your thank-you reward.
This scheme is open to individuals recommending candidates to MAT Recruitment. The scheme is not available to employees of MAT Recruitment.
Recommendations must be candidates who are not already known to or registered with MAT Recruitment. Introductions must be submitted before the candidate makes independent contact. You must have the candidate’s permission before submitting their details.
A referral is deemed successful when the candidate is placed by MAT Recruitment into a permanent or temporary position, and remains in post for the qualifying period.
The referral reward will be released once the qualifying period is completed and once payment has been received from the client by MAT Recruitment. Reward amounts are confirmed at the time of submission.
Referrals relating to candidates already registered with, or previously known to, MAT Recruitment will not qualify. In the case of any dispute regarding eligibility or payment, MAT Recruitment’s decision is final.
MAT Recruitment reserves the right to amend or withdraw this referral scheme at any time, without prior notice. By submitting a referral, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
